Another Brittany.Since I started my journey I have collaborated with plenty of good friends from my days at Applebee's. A few days ago I tweeted out (yes people still use Twitter, it's my favorite social media platform!) how much I miss the family atmosphere of the restaurant industry. Maybe I'm attached to it because it was my very first job or the fact that I spent nine years in the industry. One thing for sure is the relationships I built have been timeless. Brittany was such a sweet girl and never actually worked for me when I needed off. (I forgive you) However, we stayed connected even after she left and finally got together for a fun set down in the town of Lewes.
