Wedding Game StrongWe all know that among the top stressful things to do in life are; moving and getting married. So imagine planning a wedding in 10 days; talk about stressful!
I had the privilege of being a part of a 10-day wedding, and to tell you the truth, you wouldn't even know the difference between this wedding and a wedding that took months to plan.
I got the phone call from a previous co-worker of mine, and without hesitation I agreed to photograph her eldest son's wedding. From the moment I walked into the church, I immediately felt the love and closeness of the family and the couple.
It was a gorgeous day, thankfully, for myself and the couple. However, there wasn't very much real estate for a beautiful backdrop. Lo and behold, we came to the conclusion that the field across the street would be perfect! The spring flowers had just begun to bloom and they were purple to match the wedding colors.
With the help of some great lighting, different angles, and my beautiful wife's imagination (of course), we were able to capture some great shots.
To say the least, it really doesn't matter how much the dress costs, how many guests you invite, or how big the cake is. When it comes to a wedding it is all about love.
